Typical lead-time for standard units is 7–21 days depending on size, finishes and transport. Custom designs take longer — we’ll provide schedule estimates during the first site visit.
Do you provide installation and civil works?
Yes — our service includes site survey, anchoring, MEP tie-ins and handover. We also coordinate local civil works on request through vetted partners.
Can units be stacked or expanded later?
Many of our modules are designed for stacking and linking. We produce connection details and load charts during the design phase for multi-storey or expansion plans.
What warranty & maintenance do you offer?
